Change of clothes and socks (in case of accident)
Plenty of disposable diapers (no cloth)
Wipes
Baby Powder, diaper rash ointment, etc…
Infant Tylenol or Motrin (with dosage on bottle), gas drops, baby orajel with instructions and syringe
Sippy cup to leave at school
3 boxes of Kleenex
3 Rolls of paper towels
Clorox wipes
Clorox clean-up spray or Lysol
Food
Bottles with formula in them or a can of powdered formula
Snacks for your child
Must wear or bring shoes (if walking)
Desitin

Please send food in a microwave safe dish.

Each child will have a basket so that most of the above items can be kept at school. This will save parents from having to pack these items everyday.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE CLEARLY LABELED WITH FIRST NAME AND LAST INITIAL IN A PERMANENT MARKER.
